Local Liberal Democrat MP Sarah Teather visited both the Willesden Lane and Neasden Temples to join in their New Year celebrations on Wednesday.

Local Liberal Democrat MP Sarah Teather said:

"It was an honour as always to be asked to attend both temples to celebrate New Year with them. The work that they both do in putting on their respective festivities is a wonder to behold.

"The organisation in taking care of literally thousands of worshipers in a single day is quite breathtaking. To everyone who took part in the festivities I would like to wish them a happy new year."
